Kari’s has been teaching Yoga to all age groups and developed the Vavavoom program, giving her insights from many which can help you turn your health around quickly.

Michael’s career as Acupuncturist and Massage therapist has informed his understanding of how to guide people on their way to better health and greater wellbeing.

Both see the beneficial results of using movement, breathing and relaxation techniques regularly.

This does not only show in being and feeling fitter but in greater joy in life or confidence to undertake travel or work.
