"Dru Yoga has formed an important part of my recovery from a stroke 18 mths ago" "Kari’s considered and empathetic approach to teaching Yoga has also been a major contributor to my enhanced health and wellbeing. Although Dru Yoga is a very measured form of the exercise, it is amazing how, with Kari’s patient tuition, our group has developed a sense of confidence and self belief that wasn’t necessarily there when I first joined the class. Kari’s pragmatic and sensitive demonstration of techniques of varying degrees of difficulty has also helped me understand the importance of breathing and stretching muscles that would otherwise get little use!
