Be calm and feel Joy?
Yes. Do you remember a moment when you felt so filled with joy that life couldn’t get any better? Deep joy comes from deep within, becoming calm allows us to reconnect.
This workshop session is about 1/3 movement & posture practice,
1/3 Pranayama and 1/3 Relaxation. A deeply nurturing experience including techniques we can include in our daily lives.
This workshop will focus on humming bee breath (Bramari) and brain cleansing breath (Kapalabati).
Suitable for those who are confident practising basic Pranayama.
