  2. Expert Analysis: Kari, a certified Dru Yoga and Meditation teacher with decades of experience, will meticulously review your form. Her review draws on her deep understanding of body mechanics, the cultivation of "refined awareness", and her specialisation in Heart Centred Healing.
  3. Personalised Feedback: You'll receive precise guidance on how to make the movement "easier and safer" for your unique body and any existing health conditions, aches, or pains you may have.
