What is yoga really about?
In order to see what is really going on within us, we need to examine our mind and experiences from a place of stillness.
In this stillness, we can observe our thoughts, emotions, and sensations without judgment or attachment. Through the practice of yoga, we cultivate this stillness and develop a deeper self-awareness. Yoga encourages us to listen to our bodies and honour our limitations, fostering a sense of self-compassion and acceptance.
