​Is yoga suitable if I’m stiff?

Yes. Yoga is especially helpful if you feel stiff or haven’t moved much recently.

You do not need to be flexible to start.
Flexibility improves after you begin, not before.

Classes are designed so you can:
  • Move slowly
  • Rest when needed
  • Use chairs or supports
