​One-to-One Yoga with Michael Cordel

Some people walk into a group class and instantly feel at home.

Others want something quieter. More personal. More tailored to their body, mind, energy levels, confidence, schedule or life circumstances.

That is where one-to-one yoga can become deeply supportive.

At Kari van Eden Yoga, all yoga and breath one-to-one sessions are taught by Michael Cordel and Kari van Eden will be your guide for Yoga Nidra sessions.

Each session is designed to gently meet you where you are.

Whether you are completely new to yoga, returning after time away, navigating stress, struggling with sleep, wanting deeper relaxation or simply looking for a calmer way to reconnect with yourself, sessions are adapted to your individual needs.


This is not about performance, flexibility or perfection.

​What Are One-to-One Yoga Sessions?

One-to-one yoga sessions are private sessions tailored specifically to you.

Unlike a group class, the session moves at your pace and focuses entirely on your needs, goals, comfort and wellbeing.

​Yoga nidra is a time to simply lie down, get comfortable, and rest.

All you really have to do is listen to the guidance and follow the instructions in your mind while the body remains still and relaxed.
​

Sometimes people stay awake throughout, and other times the body is so deeply exhausted that they drift into sleep, which is completely okay and still hugely beneficial.

Many people leave feeling deeply rested, calmer, and more grounded afterwards.

​It is often said that around 30 minutes of yoga nidra can feel equivalent to several hours of deeply restorative rest.

Clients have been astonished at how rested, relaxed they feel after a session and then later commented on how well they slept that night.

Depending on availability and location, sessions may be offered online or in person.

Online sessions allow you to experience yoga and deep relaxation from the comfort of your own home, creating a calm pocket of space within everyday life.

​In-person sessions offer a more grounded face-to-face experience for those who prefer direct guidance.
