In this video you’ll learn a few easy stretches for your whole body. It's quick and easy to do. 

The greatest benefit comes from using the video lesson. The more often you do it the better you will feel.

You can use the lesson once and at a time at different points in the day such as:

Watching TV, cooking, waiting for the kettle to boil, even whilst having a short break from gardening.
