Whatever goal we are pursuing, trying to loose a few pounds or planning to buy a new car, find a different job or go on a holiday, keeping positive mental focus can be difficult.
Goals become more of a reality if we manage visit them regularly, embody them and feel them.
DRU yoga offers a few movement sequences which can support this process beautifully. Affirmations combined with the flow of breath and postures remind us to see us having achieved our target. The underlying emotional and mental patterns lift us towards our dreams and help clarify possible uncertainties.
During this workshop we will learn three sequences. You will receive recordings of them, so it will be easy to practice as often as you decide with their guidance.
Bring your goal to the day - or if you are not sure yet the energy of the practices may well help you make up your mind.
