​Yoga Nidra literally means yogic sleep. More precisely, it is the art of deeply relaxing body and mind so that the thought processes slow down completely while remaining conscious throughout. In the last few years Yoga Nidra has gained popularity as a therapeutic tool to alleviate stress and anxiety.

Yoga Nidra takes us effortlessly into a state of harmonious, restful being. From here, we can be healed, restored and awakened to our deepest, all-knowing, all-welcoming self. It’s a sublime practice, gaining popularity the world over, and ongoing research continues to prove its effectiveness.
