Spending time away from the daily rush, stopping and focusing on sights, smells, what we hear and touching different textures, can explode our senses and deepen our connection with ourselves.

When taking a leisurely walk and practising yoga, it’s important to keep in mind that our body is constantly in motion and naturally flows with the rhythm of our breath.

Today we grant ourselves opportunities to feel safe in staying with our perceptions. And welcome the nurture from our extraordinary world of sense impressions, most of which pass us by most of the time.

Hello, we are Kari van Eden and Michael Cordel, both Dru Yoga Teachers.

Michael is also an Acupuncturist, Massage therapist and a Dru Breathwork Coach. Kari is also a Dru Meditation Teacher, Hands on Healer.

Together we show people how to transform their bodies by connecting deeply and understanding the signals their body communicates.

Relaxation is one area that is often overlooked or mistakenly associated with flopping on the couch watching TV. We help people experience the difference.

We live in Monmouthshire with our last child, surrounded by forests where we walk and enjoy the life giving properties of trees.

These are great ways to connect with the healing and calming nature of our bodies’ senses, a beautiful way to... 
cultivate stillness
honour our body
connect with our deep inner wisdom


By directing our practice using specific sensual information, we deepen and refine it, experiencing heart-based awareness.
This generates positive emotions and increases the texture and richness of our experiences.


Breathwork and Meditation will also be included to help us reset and slow down our racing minds.

It takes approximately 30 minutes from Abergavenny, 30 minutes from Monmouth and 45 minutes 
from Chepstow.

Gentle movements suitable for anyone, beginners and seasoned Yogis too.

Please bring all your own yoga props, mat, water bottle, blanket.

It is always advisable to wear layers of clothing to be adaptable to different temperatures.

Out in the forest we experience a new dimension when doing our yoga outside.  The birdsong and rustling leaves can alert us to notice the beauty and grace of nature. Walking with awareness of your breath and body can provide a calming effect.
